Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice described as a moving meditation. Practised at room temperature, every sequence is expertly designed to release tension and strengthen the body. Kate encourages safe progression to empower you in your yoga practise.
Kate offers modifications to suit all energy levels and experience, making vinyasa flow yoga accessible to all. Her Vinyasa Flow classes draw upon physical focal points whilst encouraging big breaths and a calm mind.
Kate has been teaching for 10 years in London and Manchester. Expect to leave her classes feeling satisfied, liberated and nourished.
Vinyasa Flow is not suitable for pregnancy

Workshops are an extended yoga sessions that give you the opportunity to learn and engage with the finer mechanics of your yoga practise.
We spend time breaking down poses, understanding the physical aspects of the pose(s), and we allow time for safe exploration of poses, topics and principles behind yoga. These sessions can step-chance your yoga practise when attended alongside a regular practise.
Kate's workshops are inclusive, informative and incredibly rewarding, physically and mentally. You are in safe hands, Kate brings years of workshop (and retreat) experience with all bodies and abilities, and on top of all that, these offer a forum to try something exciting and new!
If you are seeking a session specifically tailored to your needs, diary and/or aspirations, private yoga classes offer the perfect solution. Expect a bespoke sequence based on your preference and physical capability, going at your own speed, to your own agenda, all in the comfort of your own home.

Kate teaches 1:1 Pregnancy yoga in-person and online. Pregnancy Yoga safely maintains physical movement and brings physical relief to mums-to-be. Kate uses breathing techniques to create space in the body, to invite calm, and to facilitate breathing, positions and visualisations for birth.
All sessions are uniquely tailored to the individual.
For mums 14+ weeks pregnant up to birth.
Kate is a runner, mother and M.E-recoverer who found yoga in 2012 after a debilitating bout of glandular fever and post-viral-fatigue. Previously a fitness fanatic, yoga aided her M.E recovery both mentally and physically. Kate started teaching in 2014 in London, and moved her yoga up to Manchester in 2018.
Kate runs yoga retreats, workshops, classes, one-to-ones and corporate classes. Certified with the Yoga Alliance UK in Vinyasa Flow and Modified Ashtanga yoga, Rocket and Pregnancy yoga, Kate loves sharing the magic that comes with regular practise.
Yoga has the unique power to unravel a busy mind, strengthen the body and release mental and physical tension.
Regular practice improves health, increases fitness and agility, promotes calm, resilience and relaxation.
