Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic, flowing practice that becomes a moving meditation. Practised at room temperature, every sequence is different. We use breath to facilitate movement, to encourage safe progression within poses and ultimately empower you in your yoga practise.
Kate offers modifications to suit all energy levels and experience, making vinyasa flow yoga accessible to all. Her Vinyasa Flow classes draw upon physical focal points whilst encouraging big breaths and a calm mind. Expect to leave Kate's class feeling satisfied, liberated and ready for a deep post-yoga sleep.
